IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the logistics of managing parking during a weekday morning and to ensure a safe and orderly Eid service, the following measures are being implemented:
- The Eid Salah will be organized such that the men will pray outside in the Masjid parking area and women and small children will pray inside on the first floor of the masjid building. Please bring your own prayer mat and bag for your shoes.
- Parking on the masjid premises is extremely limited. Please park at the neighboring LA Fitness Plaza located at 2550 Sandy Plains Rd.
- Men will NOT have access to the Masjid bathroom/wudu facilities. Arrive with wudu.
- In order to promptly clear the area and to clean the masjid for Jumuah salah, breakfast will NOT be provided at Eid service.

The Month of Dhul-Hijjah and Fasting the Day of Arafah
The sacred month of Dhul-Hijjah (the 12th month of the Islamic calendar) begins after sunset on Sunday June 18th, 2023. Yaumul-Arafah (Day of Arafah, 9th of Dhul-Hijjah) will be on Tuesday June 27th, 2023. It is highly encouraged for those people not making Hajj to fast on that day, as the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said regarding fasting on that day:
“It expiates the sins of the past year and the coming year.” (Sahih Muslim)
